  Associates didn't acknowledge me or my wife didn't even bother to make contact or ask if I needed any help. Even though I mentioned the fact that I didn't know what size fitted cap I would need then as I'm done shopping I get asked if I was good yeah I managed by myself I will never go in the deptford mall lids again I will try my luck with cherry hill

  There were many things wrong with the Lids right from the start. Normally whenever I walk into a Lids I am greeted and asked if I am looking for anything in particular, such was not the case here. I instead found the hat I was looking for, only to find that all the authentic hats were chained together. I understand that, people steal hats all the time. The guy working there noticed I was trying to find my hat and offered to get one out of the back?! I knew this was going to be a problem. Sure I dont look like I wear authentic hats, but I used to work at a hat store, I know trying on hats takes time and that it takes a while to have the right one that fits. After 10 mins I finally tried on the hat only to find out it was too big. Next the guy had friends come in while they talked about their late nigh kegger the night before, with little kids in the store. Real professional. I received a look when I told the cashier I did not want the hat because it did not fit. Well Lids, maybe if you let me actually try on a hat I would have bought one, instead of just going to the store in Cherry Hill.
